An AI use case is a defined business application of the AI Data Engine with a specific business objective, agreed scope, and measurable acceptance criteria. It represents a distinct business outcome or workflow—not an individual prompt, query, or user interaction.

For example, identifying at-risk customers, detecting unusual transactions, or generating contextual supplier risk assessments could each qualify as a separate use case.

Each use case is agreed based on its objective, data requirements, workflow, complexity, resource requirements, and expected interaction volumes. Materially different objectives or workflows may count as separate use cases. The scope is agreed upfront, and additional requirements may require a separate commercial agreement.

Yes. Additional use cases can be added following an assessment of their scope, complexity, resource requirements, and expected interaction volumes. Any additional costs are agreed before work begins.

A production-monitored agent is a distinct AI agent deployed in a production environment and actively registered for monitoring in the Autonomous Agents platform. Development, testing and inactive agents are excluded from billing.

Your monthly platform fee is the greater of the applicable per-agent rate multiplied by the number of production-monitored agents or the minimum monthly fee for your package.

Replicas and instances representing the same logical AI agent are counted as one agent. Distinct agents with separate identities or responsibilities may be counted separately, subject to the agreed monitoring scope.

Yes. You can move to a higher package as your requirements grow. Package changes, agent counts and applicable fees are confirmed according to your agreement.

Your subscription can scale with your production-monitored agent count. The applicable billing method, measurement period and treatment of changes during a billing cycle are specified in your proposal or contract.

Not necessarily. Telemetry volume, data retention, AI model consumption, infrastructure and other usage-related costs depend on the selected solution and agreed allowances. Any additional charges are specified in your proposal or contract.

A production-monitored node is a distinct physical or virtual server or compute node that is registered and actively monitored in a production environment. Development, testing, and inactive nodes are excluded unless otherwise agreed.

Each eligible physical or virtual infrastructure node counts as one node under the agreed counting rules. Virtual machines, hypervisor hosts, and other compute resources are counted according to the agreed monitoring architecture and deployment scope. Multiple applications or workloads running on the same node do not automatically count as separate nodes.

Your monthly platform subscription is calculated based on the number of production-monitored nodes at your plan’s per-node rate, subject to the applicable minimum monthly fee.

Your subscription scales with the number of production-monitored nodes. Volume-based pricing may be available for larger data center environments and will be confirmed in your commercial proposal.

Yes. You can move to a higher plan as your monitoring, intelligence, governance, or automation requirements evolve, subject to the terms of your agreement.

Hosting, infrastructure, telemetry ingestion, data retention, AI model usage, and related usage allowances depend on the solution and deployment. Applicable allowances and additional charges are specified separately in your commercial proposal or contract.

Multiple applications, workloads, or services running on the same node do not automatically count as separate devices. Device identities and counting rules are confirmed during onboarding or contracting.
